These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Dollaid at any time, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy laws.
What data can be deleted: Account information, order history, saved addresses, wishlist data, points balance, and any other personal data associated with your account.
How to submit a request: Send an email to privacy@dollaid.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address and, if applicable, your order number to help us locate your account.
Processing time: We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed from our systems.
Please note: Certain data may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes) or to resolve outstanding disputes. We will inform you of any such exceptions at the time of your request.
